Shipping policy

1. Do you offer same day pickup? 

A: Yes, all pickup orders can be pickup on the same day. Please purchase online and select pickup option at checkout. Allow 1 to 2 hour pickup window after payment. 

2. How Fast do you process Orders? 

A: All Orders are processed on the same day or next day depending on the amount of orders we receive.

3. How Fast do you ship?

A: All Orders are shipped on the next business day after payment. 

4. Do you offer different shipping speeds?

A: Yes, we offer Expedited (2 to 5 business days) and Express Shipping (1 to 3 business days). Weekends and Holidays are excluded.

5. Who do you Ship with?

A: We ship with Canada Post at the moment.

6. Order not delivered?

A: If you have not received your order in the time frame, please contact us to look further into the issue.

7. Do you offer tracking number?

A: Yes, once we process your orders tracking number will be issued by the email or SMS you provided at checkout. Please provide correct information for you to receive all updates on your order.
